An important event like this become successful with the help of many people, even with a small contribution. We need help before, during and after the event itself.

We look for:

Welcom kit organizations and preparation: the days before to the event it's important preparing the welcome pack and gadgets

Receptionist: the day of the event there are many activities to be carried out in order to welcome properly visitors and speakers. Support is required for the verification of attendance of members and for the provision of logistics information within the event

Gadget distribution: Support to the distribution of information material about the event

Photographers: people who snap a large photo report (in addition to the official one) to capture forever this event

Support talk: identify the audience who need to make questions and bring the microphone during the speeches
